Who we are

What we collect

This website has no forms, user accounts, analytics or advertising cookies. We only process personal data when you email us (your name, email address and whatever you include in your message), and the technical data our hosting provider records to deliver the site securely, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in server logs for a limited time.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and handle any follow-up (our legitimate interest, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract), and to keep the website secure and available (our legitimate interest).

Who receives it

Our email provider (Google) and our hosting provider (Vercel), which process the data on our behalf. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and you can object to its processing, by writing to info@xinixis.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
